Hurricane Cocktail Recipe

Collins Glass

Hurricane Ingredients:

1. 1 oz. Light Rum
2. 1 oz. Dark Rum
3. Passionfruit Juice
4. Orange Juice
5. Lime Juice
6. 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
7. 1/2 oz. Grenadine

Hurricane Directions:

1. Fill a Collins or Hurricane glass 3/4 with ice.
2. Build drink. (Add all ingredients in the order listed).
3. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
4. Serve with straw.

HURRICANE CAROLYNE

1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Cranberry juice
0.5 oz. Bacardi 151

Mix all but 151 with ice in a shaker tin.

Pour into collins glass.

Float 151 on top.

ROCKIN' HURRICANE

1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Light Rum

Fill glass with ice.

Add liquors.

Top with 1 oz. of grapefruit juice.

HURRICANE LEAH

1/4 oz. Light Rum
1/4 oz. Gin
1/4 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Tequila
1/4 oz. Blue Curacao
1 dash Cherry Brandy
3 oz. Sour Mix
3 oz. Orange Juice

Build, over ice, into glass

Garnish with orange wheel

HURRICANE #2

1 oz. Lemon Juice
4 oz. Rum
4 oz. Hawaiian Punch
Ice
Orange Slice

Into a cocktail shaker, pour lemon juice, rum and Hawaiian Punch.

Shake vigorously.

Fill cocktail glass with crushed ice.

Pour drink mixture over the crushed ice.

Garnish with orange slice.
